Gev LynottChief Executive and Director
Gev joined the Society in September 2011. Gev has extensive financial services experience having held senior positions within the financial services divisions of Saga, Asda and Marks & Spencer as well as senior roles at the National and Provincial Building Society. Gev is also a Qualified Accountant.
Paul WheelerFinance Director and Secretary
Paul joined the Society in July 2011 after a successful career with East Midlands Development Agency. Prior to joining EMDA Paul spent 11 years with a national bank acquiring a wealth of finance industry knowledge and experience. He is responsible for all aspects of the Society’s finances and, as Society Secretary, for all areas of corporate governance.
Audrey GreenCommercial Development Executive
Audrey joined the Society in October 2014 having been a Director at a regional building society and with 15 years of experience working in both larger and smaller organisations. A strong believer in the mutual sector and high quality customer service, Audrey aims to position The Mansfield as a first choice for people locally and further afield when considering their financial needs.
Ian RichardsonMortgage Executive
Ian joined the Society in February 2014 and has a wealth of mortgage experience after working at regional building societies for over 30 years, including as Operations Director for Lending. Ian leads the Mortgage Customer Services team to help ensure that all mortgage applications are processed smoothly and efficiently. His lending experience is also fully utilised as a key member of our Credit Committee.
Jill WatsonRisk & Compliance Executive and Money Laundering Reporting Officer
Jill joined the Society in December 2012 as Risk and Compliance Executive and Money Laundering Reporting Officer following a 22 year career working on risk related matters. Jill is responsible for ensuring that the Society maintains a strong governance culture supported by risk management and compliance monitoring processes.
Mike TaylorProduct and Marketing Manager
Mike joined the Society in February 2009 having previously worked within Sales & Marketing roles for local building societies since 1993. Mike leads the Product and Marketing Team, including the Society's community engagement, PR, and he oversees the development of the Society’s investment accounts and mortgage products.
Brian SeddonsInformation Systems Manager
Brian joined the Society in 1997 after spending 11 years working for a software development company. Brian leads the Information Systems Departments and is responsible for all the technology used by the Society including the computer systems and telephones.
Vickie PrestonHuman Resources Manager
Vickie joined the Society in June 2014 as Human Resources Manager. Vickie is responsible for devising and implementing strategies and policies relating to the management of our employees to ensure we maintain a friendly, reliable and efficient service.
