It's the Gold Standard for customer service at Mansfield Building Society
We are excited to announce that the Society has achieved a Gold Award and an Outstanding Achievement award for a perfect score at this year’s Mansfield Town Centre Customer Service Awards organised by the Mansfield BID.
The Society was able to achieve the highest accolade with a 100% score at the ceremony held on 15 September and the only financial services provider to obtain a perfect score.
The annual awards were entered by over 65 companies this year and winners were awarded bronze, silver or gold at the awards ceremony, with several businesses also receiving an outstanding business award. Entries for the awards were required to show evidence of how their business effectively meets customers’ needs ahead of the competition and how the levels of customer service can be measured.
The Mansfield BID organised independent mystery shopping to rate the customer service of all entrants. Judges looked at aspects such as a customer’s experience dealing with the Society, our friendliness, promptness of response and the general customer journey, as well as staff knowledge of Mansfield Town.
Area Operations Manager, Tara Nicholson, said that the Society held the award in high regard:

It is important that people visiting our branches receive a high level of service as we value personal experience highly, and we are committed to continually improving our service to customers."
